What You Will Learn

Introduction to Reiki:
Explore the history, principles, and philosophy of Reiki.

Understanding Energy:
Learn about energy, the chakras, meridians and the human energy field.

Reiki Attunement:
You will receive a sacred attunement to open your channels to Reiki energy.

Practicing Reiki:
Learn how to do a Reiki treatment on yourself and others. In the course there will be plenty of time to practice giving and receiving reiki.

You will learn all the different ways to use reiki in your life, as well as techniques for grounding, cleansing your energy and cleansing the energy in your environment.

This Reiki course is for complete beginners or anyone wishing to deepen their knowledge and practice of reiki. Everyone is welcome, everyone can become attuned to reiki.

Every reiki teacher and practitioner is different. I will be teaching this course with plenty of lightness, laughter and connection as a group. With lots of practical tools and ways to use reiki in your life.

You will also experience a beautiful ceremony, where we will drop into our hearts with ceremonial cacao, music and meditation, opening us up to feeling the reiki energy flow more deeply.

When Reiki came into my life it awakened something inside of me. It was like an on button, turning me on to my full power, my full depth of feeling. Strengthening my spiritual connection and intuitive knowing.

Learning Reiki is a really special and sacred experience. This energy will create a beautiful space of peace and light inside of you, a space you can access at anytime.

Anyone can become attuned to reiki - maybe you work in healthcare and want to bring this into your work with patients. Maybe you have an intense corporate job and want to use reiki to make the workplace more balanced or to help manage your stress.
