Held in River Holistic, Raheny, Dublin 5, beside St Anne’s Park, this Reiki Level 1 Training offers a relaxed and supportive introduction to energy healing where you will learn how to work with Reiki for yourself and others.

Reiki Level 1 is often the beginning of a personal journey into greater calm, self-awareness, and balance in everyday life.

During this weekend course, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement and certification, opening your channel to Reiki energy. You will also experience a beautiful cacao ceremony, opening you up to feeling the reiki energy flow more deeply.

What You Will Learn

Introduction to Reiki:
Explore the history, principles, and philosophy of Reiki.

Understanding Energy:
Learn about energy, the chakras, meridians and the human energy field.

Reiki Attunement:
You will receive a sacred attunement to open your channels to Reiki energy.

Practicing Reiki:
Learn how to do a Reiki treatment on yourself and others. In the course there will be plenty of time to practice giving and receiving reiki.

You will learn all the different ways to use reiki in your life, as well as techniques for grounding, cleansing your energy and cleansing the energy in your environment.

More About Your Reiki Training Experience

This Reiki course is for complete beginners or anyone wishing to deepen their knowledge and practice of reiki. Everyone is welcome, everyone can become attuned to reiki.

Every reiki teacher and practitioner is different. I will be teaching this course with plenty of lightness, laughter and connection as a group. With lots of practical tools and ways to use reiki in your life.

You will also experience a beautiful ceremony, where we will drop into our hearts with ceremonial cacao, music and meditation, opening us up to feeling the reiki energy flow more deeply.

I'm Olivia - Reiki Practitioner, Teacher and founder of The Light Practice.

Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of people through energy healing treatments, courses and retreats, and have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible shifts that can occur when people reconnect with their own innate healing abilities.

My intention is to create a supportive, welcoming environment where you can learn with confidence, ask questions openly, and develop your own relationship with Reiki.

I teach in a way that feels accessible and empowering, with lots of lightness, laughter, real life stories, examples and practical ways to use this energy in your life.

The Reiki Attunement

The Reiki attunement is like an on button, turning on your full power, your deepest intuition, strengthening your spiritual connection.

Understanding energy and the chakras is so empowering when it comes to knowing yourself, what you need to heal when things come up for you physically, emotionally, mentally.

It will guide you to a more holistic way of living and could be a first step into transitioning to a holistic career if you desire to do so.

Being able to practice reiki on yourself and others is such a gift. It will create a beautiful space of peace and light inside of you, a space you can access at anytime.
