Cancellation Policy
As a small business and sole trader, I rely on every appointment being attended to sustain my practice and continue offering this work. When a session is missed or cancelled at short notice, it’s very difficult to fill that time. This cancellation policy is here to protect the viability of my business, and I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged the full session fee.
