What To Expect

A slow and soft start, with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, beautiful music, poetry aromatherapy, and time for reflection.

Then we begin to AWAKEN with an empowering visualisation meditation and breathwork practice

Creative journaling session

Sister Yoga with Eimer and Niamh Daly from Yogahub

Self love practices and rituals

Hot Box Sauna and river dip (optional add on)

The retreat venue is immersed in nature, along the river Boyne. We will have a break outside and wholesome snacks and treats will be provided

SISTER YOGA:

I’m delighted to have the two beautiful Daly sisters Niamh & Eimer Daly coming along to teach a fun, flowy yoga practice. No yoga experience is necessary for this practice and it's suitable during pregnancy.

This is going to be a really joyful, inspiring day with lots of opportunities for connection - I’m going to open up the floor at if anyone has anything they would like to share - whether it’s a poem you’ve written, a song you love to sing, a story to share - any special gift you would like to express! This is completely optional.. a chance to inspire and be inspired by other women 🤍

What is Ceremonial Cacao?

Ceremonial cacao is made with integrity in Guatemala - it has been ethically produced by indigenous people who have used it for ceremonial & medicinal purposes for centuries and honour its sacredness.

There is an energy, a spirit, sometimes referred to as Mama Cacao, that works through this plant and helps to activate a beautiful feminine energy within you.

This energy will helps you get out of your head and into your heart, where you can experience deeper relaxation, love, compassion, creativity and connection with yourself.

Cacao is packed with magnesium, iron, calcium, anti-oxidants and other things that make it one of the world’s most nourishing superfoods.
